We want Købnerkirken to be a free church for all, which means that we strive to ensure that our services are contemporary, relevant and up-to-date for everyone who visits the church, no matter how far along they are in their faith journey. In addition, we want to create a space where everyone feels included, welcome and has the opportunity to experience God's presence.

Therefore, we have chosen an informal style with a relevant and current speech, rhythmic worship and an inclusive community, as well as the opportunity to have a cup of coffee or tea and a piece of cake during the service.

A typical church service, (which is in danish with the possibility of translation into english) lasts approx. 60 min, and typically includes a welcome, prayer, children's hymn, praise, a speech/sermon, communion and a blessing in the end. There is always something for the children during the service, most of the times as a children's church and other times as an exciting activity down in the café. During the year there are sometimes different church services that focus on, for example, families with children and the gospel community, where the program is quite different. Regardless of which church service it is, there is always the opportunity for fellowship afterwards in the café. We look forward to meeting you!
