Venue booking

Here you can read about who can book our premises, what the rules are and how to book the premises.

At Købnerkirken it is possible to book our facilities if you:

  • Are a regular tenant or partner

  • Wish to use the facilities for an activity for the congregation and local community

  • Wish to hold a church service/ceremony

  • Have received special permission from the congregational council

Rules for use of the facilities:

  • The facilities may not be used for private events.

  • The facilities can only be booked for one of the four reasons listed above.

  • Church activities take precedence over other events.

  • When booking, a contact person must be assigned who is responsible for the event and for ensuring that cleaning and tidying are carried out afterwards.

  • Any event held in our facilities must be consistent with our vision and values.

  • It is not permitted to use the church’s coffee, tea, snacks, etc. – these must be brought along by the users.

How to book:
Booking is done by writing to Martin Nielsen at: lokalebooking@koebnerkirken.dk, stating what the event is about, the desired time and date, contact details of the responsible person, and whether it is a single or regular booking. We will then confirm or reject the booking and, if relevant, inform you of the rental price.

You can also check the calendar below to see if the desired time and date are available.

After using the facilities:

  • Chairs and tables must be placed according to the seating plan displayed in the room.

  • Vacuum if necessary, wipe down all surfaces, wash any used dishes, and empty the dishwasher.

  • Empty all bins and dispose of trash in the containers in the courtyard.
