Available apartments

In addition to the church building, the congregation owns Købnerhus. Købnerhus consists of two entrances, Lærdalsgade no. 5 and 7, which are adjacent to the church building. Here, people of different ages live (primarily young people). Most of them are part of the church and actively participate in the life of the congregation.

At Købnerkirken, we have a vision of using Købnerhus as a resource for the congregation and the local community by having the residents contribute actively to the church’s work. Therefore, each apartment will be subject to one or more volunteer tasks, which as far as possible will be based on the volunteer’s passion and matched with the congregation’s needs and wishes.

This will be reflected in a volunteer employment agreement with Købnerkirken, requiring about 4 hours of volunteer work per week per apartment, with the expectation that the residents are an active part of the congregation’s life.
